Product Overview
The RFS8225D is a miniaturized frequency extension module for vector network analyzers, covering S-parameter measurements over the 110–170 GHz frequency band. It is fully compatible with VNA mainframes from Keysight, R&S, Ceyear, Jiujin and other brands. The module is powered via a Type-C port and features low power consumption, small size and light weight, with dimensions of 60 × 60 × 30 mm (including the heat-dissipating base). It is well suited for multi-port measurements, on-wafer testing of millimeter-wave chips, and testing of millimeter-wave circuits and antennas.
