Product Overview
The RFSP-18000-40000-10W is a broadband GaN class-AB power amplifier covering 18–40 GHz with 10 W (40 dBm) of saturated output power. MMIC-based construction in a compact 40 × 70 × 14 mm module provides high gain and efficiency for Ka-band and Q-band applications.
An optional heatsink version (suffix –H) with integrated fan is available for extended continuous operation.
