The RFSP-KU-250W is a Ku-band block up-converter (BUC) delivering 250 W of rated output power in the 13.75–14.5 GHz band. Built on advanced GaN technology, it converts a 0.95–1.7 GHz IF signal with ≥75 dB small-signal gain and 20 dB gain adjustment in 0.5 dB steps. Integrated temperature, current and power monitoring with alarm protection, plus RJ45/RS485 remote supervision, make it a dependable uplink building block for professional satellite earth stations.
